Q: Which carbon weave you have?

We normally use UD carbon weave, as most customers prefer to apply their own custom paint. If no custom painting is requested, we can offer 3K carbon weave instead. The carbon weave pattern is based on your requirements, and we will produce accordingly.

Q: How about free sample?

For OEM/ODM brands, we can provide free samples for quality inspection first. You will only need to cover the shipping cost. If you would simply like to verify our product quality, you will be required to pay 50% of the frame cost plus shipping fees. Feel free to contact us for sample evaluation. What is your terms of payment?

For small orders, we accept PayPal, bank transfer, or Western Union.

For bulk orders, a 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer) is required.

What is the lead time for 100 sets?

Lead time depends on the complexity of the paint design and frame production.

Normally, production takes 45 days plus an additional 15 days for painting.

For urgent orders, we can prioritize your production schedule, so lead time is negotiable.

What is your terms of delivery?

We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and DDU terms, depending on your preference.

We have reliable and cost-effective international shipping channels, with very competitive freight rates.

Do you test all your goods before delivery?

All products shipped to customers undergo stiffness testing and functional inspection, and are carefully packed before delivery.

Can you do paint or stick logo on our product?

Yes, we can provide custom painting and decals according to your design.

For paint colors, we have a range of standard colors for your reference. Simply provide us with the Pantone or YS color code you require.

Which carbon fiber you use?

For our standard-weight frames, we use Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber.
For customers looking for lightweight frames, we use T800 and T1000 carbon fiber.

All frames are tested to 1.3 times the ISO 4210 standard. We can also provide EN certification upon customer request.
