Paypal/Bank transfer/Western unoin for small order, 30% deposite by T/T or Bank transfer for big order.

The lead time depends on the painting design and frame production difficultes. Normally, we need 45 days for the production and 15 days for painting. If the customers need them urgent, we can do this order priority. That means the lead time can be negotiable.

We can do EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU. This depends on customers' choice. We have good source for international shipping. And the shipping cost is very competitive. 

All items which will be sent to customers, will be tested the stiffness and do function checking. And they will be packed well too.

As for painting colors,we have some available colors for your reference to choose. Just tell us the Pantone or YS color code. 

1.For normal weight frame, we use Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber. 

2.If customers want to get lightweight bike frame, we will choose T800 and T1000 carbon fiber. 

All frames will be passed 130% ISO 4210 test standard. If the customers want to get certificate from EFBE, we can do that for them. 

1.Normally we do UD carbon weave. Because most customers will do customized painting. 

2.If the customers did not request color painting, then we can do 3K carbon weave. 

The carbon weave depends on customers' needs. We will do as your requests.

If you are famous brands, we can provide free samples for your quality checking. But you need to pay the shipping cost. 

If you just want to know our quality, you need to half the frame cost and shipping cost.

Yes, of course, we can do 3D drawing for you. But you need to tell us the tube shape and geometry data. 

And we can provide 3D printing frame before making steel mould. 

The shipping time depends on the ways you use. Normally it will get to you with 10-15 days. 

If you need them urgent, we can use DHL or FedEx to do the shipping which only need 4 days. 

For bulk order, we will use sea shipping. This will take 25-40 days. If you want them fast too, then we can use air shipping. But the shipping cost is not cheap. 

Of course, we have warranty for each item. We will offer one year warranty for the fork, post and bar and other small parts. 

As for frame, we have two years warranty. Any manufacture defect, we will do replacements.
