📏 How to measure your inseam (for best accuracy)
Stand against a wall with feet shoulder-width apart. Place a book between your legs, spine up, pulling it firmly against your crotch. Measure from the top of the book to the floor. That's your inseam.

- Road: Height 155-165cm → 49-51cm frame
- Road: 165-175cm → 52-54cm
- Road: 175-185cm → 55-57cm
- Road: 185-195cm → 58-61cm
- Gravel: subtract 1-2cm from road size
