All products shipped to customers undergo stiffness testing and functional inspection, and are carefully packed before delivery.

1. Our series frames use a Toray T800 and T1000 blend – T800 in impact-exposed zones, T1000 where stiffness per gram decides the result.
2. FM296, FM306 and FM366 (gravel) are built from T1000, and our lightest road platform FM066 adds T1100.
3. For OEM projects we can also build with T700, where toughness and unit cost matter more than stiffness per gram.

1. We normally use UD carbon weave, as most customers prefer to apply their own custom paint.
2. If no custom painting is requested, we can offer 3K carbon weave instead.

Yes! We offer full custom painting services. Provide your YS or Pantone color code. Custom paint MOQ is 30 sets. We can also apply your brand logos and graphics.

All Mondince frames come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer after-sales support for any technical questions. Our frames are tested to 130% of ISO 4210 standards.

Start by measuring your inseam (stand with feet shoulder‑width apart against a wall, place a book between your legs, and measure from floor to the top of the book). Then use the classic road‑bike formula: Frame size (cm) ≈ Inseam (cm) × 0.67. For example, an 82 cm inseam suggests a 55 cm frame (±1‑2 cm). Always check the “stand‑over” clearance — you should have 2–5 cm between the top tube and your body. A premium carbon road bike frame delivers significant performance and comfort advantages that aluminum cannot match: Weight savings – A high‑quality carbon frame (like Mondince FM126 at 760 g) is typically 30‑40% lighter than an equivalent aluminum frame, making climbing and acceleration noticeably easier. Vibration damping – Carbon naturally absorbs road buzz, reducing hand and back fatigue on long rides. Aluminum transmits far more vibration.
