All products shipped to customers undergo stiffness testing and functional inspection, and are carefully packed before delivery.

1. Our series frames use a Toray T800 and T1000 blend – T800 in impact-exposed zones, T1000 where stiffness per gram decides the result.
2. FM296, FM306 and FM366 (gravel) are built from T1000, and our lightest road platform FM066 adds T1100.
3. For OEM projects we can also build with T700, where toughness and unit cost matter more than stiffness per gram.

1. We normally use UD carbon weave, as most customers prefer to apply their own custom paint.
2. If no custom painting is requested, we can offer 3K carbon weave instead.

Yes! We offer full custom painting services. Provide your YS or Pantone color code. Custom paint MOQ is 30 sets. We can also apply your brand logos and graphics.

All Mondince frames come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer after-sales support for any technical questions. Our frames are tested to 130% of ISO 4210 standards.

Yes. All our e‑bike frames feature a custom-molded downtube that seamlessly integrates 48V/52V batteries, keeping the center of gravity low and the aesthetic clean.

All Mondince frames, including our e‑bike models, come with a 2‑year warranty against manufacturing defects and are tested to 1.3× ISO 4210 standards.

Yes. We offer frames designed for Bosch, Shimano EP8, Bafang M-series, and Fazua Ride 60. Custom mounting plates available for volume orders.

All frames are tested to EN 15194 (electric bicycle standard) and EFBE TRI-TEST® available upon request.
