The Mondince FM306 carbon gravel bike frame delivers superior performance, comfort, and versatility for modern gravel riding, bikepacking, and all‑road adventure. Constructed from high‑strength Toray T800 + T1000 carbon fiber, this frameset combines lightweight efficiency (1010g±30g XS frame, 420g±15g fork) with outstanding rigidity and vibration absorption for long‑ride comfort.
 
Featuring an innovative Flip Chip fork with adjustable 45/50mm rake, the FM306 lets you fine‑tune handling for stable cruising or responsive racing. Built with a T47 85.5mm bottom bracket and UDH universal derailleur hanger, it ensures wide drivetrain compatibility, reliable shifting, and easy maintenance. The frame supports 12×142mm rear and 12×100mm front thru‑axles, flat‑mount disc brakes (160/180mm rotor compatible), and IS52/IS52 headset for precise steering control.
 
With generous tire clearance up to 700C×50mm / 650B×2.1", this gravel frame adapts to rough gravel, dirt roads, and pavement. Additional practical features include fender mounts, 27.2mm seatpost, internal cable routing, and a durable finish ideal for daily use and expedition riding. All products shipped to customers undergo stiffness testing and functional inspection, and are carefully packed before delivery.

  1. For our standard-weight frames, we use Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber.
  2. For customers looking for lightweight frames, we use T800 and T1000 carbon fiber.
 
All frames are tested to 1.3 times the ISO 4210 standard. We can also provide EN certification upon customer request.
  1. We normally use UD carbon weave, as most customers prefer to apply their own custom paint.
  2. If no custom painting is requested, we can offer 3K carbon weave instead.
 
The carbon weave pattern is based on your requirements, and we will produce accordingly.
For OEM/ODM brands, we can provide free samples for quality inspection first. You will only need to cover the shipping cost.
 
If you would simply like to verify our product quality, you will be required to pay 50% of the frame cost plus shipping fees.

Certainly, we can provide 3D drawings for you. However, you will need to provide us with the tube shape and geometric specifications.
 
Additionally, we can produce a 3D-printed frame prototype prior to making the steel mold.

Yes, as an OEM manufacturer, we offer full custom geometry and layup services for brand partners. The MOQ for custom frames is 50 sets. Additional bottle mounts or custom rack mounts can be discussed during the design phase.

Yes! We offer full custom painting services. Provide your YS or Pantone color code. Custom paint MOQ is 30 sets. We can also apply your brand logos and graphics.

All Mondince frames come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer after-sales support for any technical questions. Our frames are tested to 130% of ISO 4210 standards.
